Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders either on the day of the order or by the end of the following working day. We cannot guarantee to deliver on any particular day, but will always try to accommodate any requests, which you can make at our checkout.

Orders weighing less than 2kg will be delivered via Royal Mail First Class.
All other orders will be delivered via Parcelforce. Our standard delivery is the 48 hour service, but you can opt for a 24 hour service if required. All parcels usually require a signature on delivery, so please give a daytime delivery address where you know someone will be available to sign for the parcel. If you wish, you may give us a different delivery address from your contact address. If you are buying online, you can add this delivery address to your online account details when placing an order.

Please remember to quote your full postcode when placing your order – this is required for all Parcelforce consignments.

If you do not receive your order within the expected timescale and you require your order urgently, please contact us by phone or email. We will then be able to track your parcel via the Parcelforce website.

Local customers are welcome to collect orders from our showroom in Exeter.
