Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders either on the day of the order or by the end of the following working day. We cannot guarantee to deliver on any particular day, but will always try to accommodate any requests, which you can make at our checkout.
Orders to the UK mainland weighing less than 2.25 kg and to the UK off-mainland weighing less than 5 kg will be delivered via Royal Mail First Class. All other orders will be delivered via DHL, for which we require a full delivery postcode - all such deliveries will need to be signed for on receipt.
Our standard DHL delivery to mainland UK residential addresses is their 48 hour (two working days) service and to mainland UK non-residential addresses it is their 24 hour (one working day) service. Standard DHL delivery to UK off-mainland addresses is by their 48 hour service. You may opt to upgrade DHL UK 48 hour services to a premium 24 hour service. Customers in the Scottish Highlands should please note that many postcodes in their area are treated as being off-mainland. Please note that we are not able to guarantee advertised DHL service timescales, although we are confident that they will be achieved in the large majority of cases.
Local customers are welcome to collect orders from our premises in Exeter. Please choose the Collection option at checkout so that you are not charged for delivery and then contact us to arrange a convenient time for collection.Customers in the Channel Islands and outside the UK are requested to contact us by email or telephone to clarify delivery costs, which will vary with destination, weight and value.
If you do not receive your order within the expected timescale and you require your order urgently, please contact us by phone or email.
