How to Order
Online Shopping
Making a purchase online could not be easier. Just browse our online shop and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout'. You will be asked to register in order to complete your order, prior to passing to HSBC's Secure Payment pages to complete your secure online payment using your credit / debit card.

Once your order is accepted you will receive a confirmation email, giving full order details.

If you do not wish to order online, you are welcome to order by phone or by post. See contact details.
Special Discounts
First Online Orders: we are offering a 10% discount for first online orders for fundraising organisations. This discount is applicable for orders up to a maximum value of £1,000 (including VAT). Once you have signed in to the website, your 10% discounted price will be displayed at the checkout if your organisation is ordering online for the first time. You will not be entitled to a 10% discount if another person from your organisation has already placed an online order.
Lions Club Discounts: we offer a 15% discount for Lions Clubs approved account holders. In order to be eligible for this discount, you first need to register online as a Lions Club. You then need to complete and return to us a Credit Account Application form (see section on Credit Accounts below). Upon receipt of this form, we will set up your Lions Club as an approved Lions Club Account Holder. You will then be able to access your 15% discounted prices whenever you sign in to our website. You will also be eligible for the 10% discount for your Club's first online order.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders either on the day of the order or by the end of the following working day. We cannot guarantee to deliver on any particular day, but will always try to accommodate any requests, which you can make at our checkout.
Our standard delivery charges are automatically calculated by reference to the weight of the products and the destination to which they are to be sent. Should you wish, you may elect to upgrade to a premium rate, which offers you the peace of mind of Recorded Delivery where parcels are sent by Royal Mail First Class post.
Orders to UK mainland destinations weighing less than 2kg, or to UK off-mainland destinations weighing less than 4.75kg, or to the Channel Islands weighing less than 20kg, or to Northern Ireland weighing less than 6.75kg, will be delivered via Royal Mail First Class. All other UK orders will be delivered via DHL.
Please note that all IV and some FK, KA, PA and PH postcodes are classified as being off-mainland - we apologise to our valued customers in the north of Scotland for any inconvenience this might cause.
Our standard UK DHL delivery is a 48 hour service, although this may take up to 4 days to UK Off Mainland destinations. You will have the option at checkout to upgrade to a 24 hour service for UK Mainland and Northern Ireland. Delivery to the Channel Islands it is the "DHL Economy Select" service.
Please note that, although 48 or 24 hour delivery as indicated by DHL service names is very likely to transpire, we are unfortunately not able to guarantee this. All DHL parcels require a signature on delivery, so please give a daytime delivery address where you know someone will be available to sign for the parcel. If you wish, you may give us a different delivery address from your contact address. If you are buying online, you can add this delivery address to your online account details when placing an order.
Please remember to quote your full postcode when placing your order - this is required for all deliveries. Where paying by credit or debit card, please note that, in order to satisfy HSBC's security safeguard checks, your billing address does need to correspond to the address at which your card is registered.
We can ship to many countries outside of the UK - please contact us by email or telephone to clarify delivery costs, which will vary with destination, weight and value.
Local customers are welcome to collect orders from our premises in Exeter. Please choose the Collection option at checkout so that you are not charged for delivery and then contact us to arrange a convenient time for collection.
If you do not receive your order within the expected timescale and you require your order urgently, please contact us by phone or email.

Credit Accounts
PDK fully appreciates a fundraiser’s reluctance to commit money upfront before the planned fundraising event. Therefore, we offer the facility for bona fide fundraising organisations to open a credit account. Where a credit account is granted, we will dispatch the order together with your invoice which should be settled within no more than 14 days. Any bona fide fundraising organisation, charity or school can open a credit facility with us. All credit account orders must be over £50 (excluding delivery charge). Maximum credit available is £1,000 on first orders for new customers and £1,500 for subsequent orders.
Setting up a credit account is easy. You can download a Credit Account Application Form by clicking here. Once this has been completed and signed as necessary, post it to us and we will send you an email as soon as your account is set up. Please allow 5 working days but in most cases you will hear from us more quickly. If your organisation already has a credit account with PDK Fundraising, you do not need to complete a Credit Account Application Form before ordering online - please contact us by phone or email and we will set up an online credit account for you.
Returns and Refunds
PDK wants you to be totally satisfied with your goods. If you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase, please return the goods to us (unused and in their original packaging) within 7 days of receipt and a full refund for the cost of goods will be made. Please remember to obtain a proof of posting certificate when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please note, however, that the customer is liable for the cost of returning goods to us unless the goods are defective or have been sent in error.
Your statutory rights are not affected. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive, which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Sale or Return of PDK Tombola Games
If you buy a Tombola Game from us and you have some unclaimed prizes left at the end of your event, you can return to us any prizes, provided they remain in good condition. You can also return complete, unopened ticket packs. We will then issue a credit note/refund for the returned items. Please note that you will be liable for the cost of postage of returning these items to us.
As an alternative, you could consider selling off any unused prizes or keeping them for raffle prizes at future fundraising events.

VAT
All prices quoted on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current applicable rate of 17.5%. PDK reserves the right to increase prices if the standard VAT rate should increase.
If your organisation is exempt from paying VAT, you should pay the VAT on any goods purchased from PDK Fundraising and then make your own arrangements to claim it back. We are unable to deduct it for you.
If you are a non-UK VAT registered customer within the EU, you may be invoiced excluding VAT. In this case, please telephone or email us to make the necessary arrangements.
